Skipper Will Rucker and his crew from South Carolina Yacht Club got the gun in six races and finished second in two others to top the J/22 fleet. Rucker’s worst result was a third and he totaled 13 points, beating Clemson 1 by two points. Nilah Miller skippered Clemson, which counted all first and second place results.
